We enjoyed our time in a spacious two-bedroom suite, perfect for our large family. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to Silom shopping, with plenty of street food options nearby. The staff promptly arranged a taxi for our airport transfer, made traveling with three kids much easier.
For dads, it would be great if the nearby street was cleaner.

Great location, great job done by housekeeping, room facility in good condition..
I was unhappy with the lift activated key which only one had been given to our room...I have asked for two key because we are two occupancies in the room...but they can't make it...It a bit uncomfortable for us when sharing the same apartment...I hope they can consider about this...thanks

Excellent and perfect location in Bang Rak district not far from the bus terminal, the entertainment area of Silom, and the Silom Complex. Local food in the casual restaurant in the vicinity.

spacious, spacious, spacious
The two-bedroom suite was spacious, allowing our family to spread out comfortably. I loved the fully equipped kitchenette, made grabbing snacks easy after our long outings. Plus, with easy access to excellent dining options just around the corner, we enjoyed both local street food and nice restaurants .
do recommend 😊❤️

Convenience and location. The hotel was also peaceful and quiet in the hubbub of Bangkok down town! Very pleasant staff and efficient service such as laundry

The breakfast had a wide array of options: coffee, tea, cereal, eggs, and cheese. The location was particularly good, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The staff were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating and the restaurant was really nice!
Well, the area was bustling overall.

The staff are very friendly and professional.
You never knew which one would open. The door keys were frustratingly difficult to use, and I would have preferred a card system. The management's refusal to temporarily store my luggage, even for a fee, was absolute nonsense and left me scrambling for alternatives.

It was a convenient location in the city to go shopping/eating or bts, and quiet and clean.
Breakfast should have more variety not just two kinds; ham & egg or coan cereals when we stayed for 7days and paid expensive hotel fee. We ordered to bring breakfast at 06:00, however the hotelstaff brought us at 06:30 twice while we stayed. Self Laundry room should open 24hrs due to it was a Self Laundry which we just insert coins to use washing machine/dryer, however the front check did not have coins to change to use Self Laundry machines so we had to go out to change money for buying something. Part of the hotel Italian restaurant was pricey with 10% Service Fee to include 7% vat.

Great location
Air conditioning - the wind blows at the bed thus I switch it off when I go to sleep.

Perfect for our crew
We had a spacious two-bedroom suite, great since we could spread out. The kids loved the small parks nearby, and the market across the street had awesome street food for our breakfasts. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger while we were using our devices-got kinda annoying at times.
